Heat the oil in a kadhai, and deep-fry over a medium flame till they are golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Mix everything well to make a non sticky dough. Loved the idea of adding poha powder. You felt it difficult because your veggies didn’t get cooked well. But this recipe can be made so easily if you have well cooked veggies. The cook time for veggies vary because you and I live in different countries.
